Online payments are not processed until the following business day.
A 3% convenience fee is automatically added to your total when paying online.
You will need your Customer Number, Billing Name, and Service Address (which are all printed on your bill) in order to complete your online payment. Entering incorrect information may result in your payment not being posted to the proper account.
IN REGARDS TO CUTOFF DAY:
If your services have been disconnected DO NOT pay online to be reconnected.
Any payment made online to avoid disconnection must be made no later than the day prior to the cutoff date printed on your bill.
Any payment made online after midnight on the cutoff date WILL RESULT IN YOUR SERVICES BEING DISCONNECTED.
Please refer to your bill or call our office if you are unsure of the cutoff date.
IN REGARDS TO PAYMENT DUE DATE:
To avoid the late penalty online payments must be made on or before the 17th of each month. Any payment made online after midnight on the 18th will be considered late.
