ORDINANCE 26-06  An Ordinance of the City of Millbrook Alabama, to Protect the Health, Safety, and General Welfare of the People Relating to Multi-Family Developments, Regulations, Declaring a Moratorium on the Construction Thereof Within the City.  Second Reading.

ORDINANCE 26-07  An Ordinance Amending Chapter 26 (Emergency Services), Section 26-1, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Millbrook, Alabama; Fixing the Charges for City Ambulance Services; Electing Participation as an In-Network Emergency Medical Service Provider and Authorizing the Execution of Provider Participation Agreements; and establishing a Schedule of Reduced and Waived Charges for Patients of Limited Means.  First Reading.

ORDINANCE Z26-02  Rezoning Request.  Goodwyn Building Co (Rose Place Subdivision).  Second Reading.

RESOLUTION 26-55  Authorizing Expenditures for Fiscal Year 2027.

RESOLUTION 26-56  Authorizing Budget Increase for the Utilities Department.

RESOLUTION 26-57  Amendment to 2023 Community Development Block Grant Community Enhancement Demo Project.

RESOLUTION 26-58  Findings and Determination Regarding Use of Opioid Settlement Funds for Drug Detection K-9 Handler Training for the Millbrook Police Department.

PROMOTION  Fire Department Captain Doyle Campbell, Fire Marshal, to Fire Chief, effective October 1, 2026.
