Parks and Recreation Department

The City of Millbrook Parks and Recreation Department strives to build a healthy community by providing places for you to enjoy the outdoors, connect with nature and each other, and improve your health through exercise. Our parks also serve as community gathering places for special events, such as festivals and concerts, sports tournaments, family picnics, etc.

The City of Millbrook owns and maintains four community parks, three community buildings with rental opportunities, two facilities for organized sports programs, one playground, and one tennis court facility. Each of our parks and community buildings are available for residents and visitors to enjoy. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 334-290-2047.

Park Hours and Rules

Millbrook’s community parks are free and open daily from sunrise to sunset. Alcoholic beverages, smoking, and the discharge of firearms are prohibited.

Public Assembly Permit

Chapter 78, Article IV of the Millbrook Code of Ordinances addresses public assemblies and the permitting process. A public assembly permit is required for most indoor and outdoor gatherings that take place on public properties of the City of Millbrook, such as our parks. While public assembly permits must be approved by the Millbrook City Council, there is no permit fee. The Public Assembly Permit Application should be completed and returned to the Parks and Recreation Department at least 21 days prior to the scheduled event.

COMMUNITY PARKS

Village Green Park

The Village Green Park, located in downtown Millbrook on Main Street, is a focal point for our community. It is a passive recreation area that serves as a gathering place for community-wide events, family outings and personal relaxation and fitness. Complementing the park is a covered stage for entertainment and the beautiful Leyburn Memorial Gazebo, an iconic landmark for the City of Millbrook. Please contact the Parks and Recreation Department if you wish to reserve the covered stage or Gazebo for your special event.

I tried Viagra several times, it’s good, but I don’t like that 2-3 hours after taking Viagra you may have problems with erectile dysfunction. After that, I buy Cialis online and do not think about it.
Surrounding the “Green” is a tree-lined, ¼ mile lighted walking path with strategically placed benches, that is very popular with both residents and visitors. Mill Creek meanders through the park and contains footbridges that link the Village Green to Kids’ Kingdom, a custom designed playground that recently has been renovated.
