Apply for a Business License
Anyone doing business or soliciting for business within the City of Millbrook and/or its police jurisdiction must have a business license prior to conducting business. A Business License Application Form must be completed and returned to the City of Millbrook. This form may be printed, completed and returned to City Hall located at 3160 Main Street, Millbrook.
Note: Submitting a Business License Application Form is the first step in the licensing process. Each application must be reviewed and additional documentation and/or information may be required depending on the type of license and the business location.
New businesses with a physical location within the City of Millbrook and/or its police jurisdiction will require a review and/or inspection by certain city departments before a business license can be issued. The License and Revenue Officer will assist you to determine the appropriate reviews.
