WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Cash, cashier’s check, money order, Visa or MasterCard debit or credit cards. A nominal processing fee will be charged if payment by debit or credit card.
WHERE ARE THE LOCATIONS AVAILABLE TO PAY A FINE OR TICKET?
Please pay your fine or ticket at the Court Magistrate’s Office in the Millbrook Police and Municipal Court Building located at 3900 Grandview Road, Millbrook, Alabama. In order to properly credit your ticket, the fine must be received at least 24 hours prior to your court date.
You may also use Postal Mail / FedEx / UPS or other document service. Send your ticket and a Cashier’s Check or Money Order to:

Payment may be made in person in the Millbrook Police and Municipal Court Building. Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m. CST. Please bring your ticket or citation.
CAN SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE OFFENDER PAY A TICKET?
No. The clerk must witness your signature on the Waiver of Rights on the back of the ticket.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A FINE IS NOT PAID BY THE COURT DATE?
First offense: If a fine is not paid by the court date or if you fail to appear in court to plea not guilty, a notice will be sent to you setting a new court date.
Second Offense: If you fail to appear for the new court date, the Municipal Court Judge will issue a bench warrant and a suspension of your driver’s license. Please call 334-285-6475 for more information.
HOW CAN I PLEA OTHER THAN GUILTY TO A CITATION?
You must come to court on your court date and plead not guilty before the Municipal Court Judge. All fines paid by mail or in person to a Magistrate without going before a Judge are pled as guilty.
